In every photo opportunity, I try to break my own preconceptions regarding concept and technique for that particular subject/theme, always moving out of my comfort zone and tasking risks but I *never* do that in concert photography.
Well.. during this last gig I began looking at the stage differently and taking photos that don’t fit the bill.
I’m sure they will call it subwoofer sickness but here’s the first of series.
As these aim in a totally different direction, I took some creative liberties in the digital darkroom. Let me know what you think!
Gosto mesmo muito desta! Na verdade, e isto obviamente é uma opinião muito pessoal, eu acho que esta fotografia é perfeitamente icónica de um concerto
) A cor está fantástica (faz pensar na noite, mas ao mesmo tempo tem a luz artificial deste tipo de eventos), vês o artista, em posição de tocar, mas em contraluz (o que lhe dá uma certa aura) e sem a cara (o que permite que o identifiques com a ideia abstracta ou que o associes a quem quiseres) e depois atrás tens gente que a mim faz pensar nas pessoas do backstage – porque um espectáculo não são apenas os “artistas de palco”, são também muitos técnicos 
)) Gosto mesmo muito dela. E está bonita!
